Louth Volunteer Leader Awards nominations now open

Louth Volunteer Centre is once again putting out the call for nominations for the Louth Volunteer Leader Awards. Behind every group of volunteers, is a great Volunteer Leader. This person might coordinate the group, ensure volunteers are supported and generally keep the show together. They rarely take the limelight, often toiling away behind the scenes and are not often recognised for their incredible work.
Every Leader nominated will receive a personal thank you card and certificate and be invited to a celebration event in Bellingham Castle on the 5th of November, to coincide with the 2024 International Volunteer Managers Day.
Do you know someone who goes the extra mile as a Volunteer Leader? Perhaps they are the first to step up when extra responsibility is called for. Or they inspire young people in your community to give of their time to benefit others.  Then please nominate them for the Louth Volunteer Leader Awards and show them that what they do is recognised, truly appreciated and celebrated!
