New Life Integration and Wellbeing CLG is a migrant-led organisation dedicated to supporting migrants and refugees across Ireland. The organisation works to empower people with backgrounds in education, arts, music, wellbeing, community development, and other professional fields.
Migrants who have successfully navigated life in Ireland share their knowledge and experience with others. They mentor newcomers, helping them identify opportunities, apply for grants, start projects, launch businesses, and become active members of their communities.
The organisation's goal is simple but powerful - creating pathways from volunteering to employment, leadership, and social enterprise.
People Behind the Mission
As CEO Irina Goa explains, “Many migrants arrive in Ireland with amazing skills and experience, but because of language barriers and lack of information, they often don't know how to restart their professional lives here.”
Through the organisation’s Migrants to Migrants model, people who have successfully navigated these challenges support others on the same journey, sharing knowledge and practical guidance.
Through volunteering, participants gain valuable experience, build confidence, expand their networks, and discover new opportunities for personal and professional growth.
