Thinking about becoming a board member? Here's how Louth Volunteer Centre can help. Louth Volunteer Centre (LVC) is inviting people from across the county to take the first step towards becoming a charity trustee — through our free four-week training programme, and through the chance to put that training into practice on our own board. Free training in charity governance Starting the evening of Wednesday 30th September, LVC is running a four-week online training programme designed for anyone considering a role on a board or committee — whether you're new to the community and voluntary sector or have been volunteering for years.The programme covers:
It's a practical, accessible introduction — no prior board experience needed. Participants who complete the programme will be recognised at a celebration event in Bellingham Castle on 4th November. Places are limited.
