2026 is the International Year of Volunteers (IVY 2026), celebrating the amazing impact volunteers have in communities around the world.

Here in Louth, we want to showcase the work of local organisations and the difference their volunteers make every day. Through IVY26 – we want to share 26 stories (fortnightly) that highlight your organisation’s projects and the role volunteers play in making them happen. We’d love your organisation to take part by allowing us to create a short video or written story with photos!

Plus – Annual Report Training Reminder
Don’t forget, our annual report training Lunch and Learn takes place next week on Thursday, online at 12.30 pm.
This session will guide you through completing your 2025 annual report, including tips and tricks for showing impact and completing all governance-related items. It is ideal for all volunteer-involving organisations.
